In order to make all of this happen and help the team grow in a smooth and steady manner, GOG.com is looking to expand its HR department.
This is why we need you -- our potential HR Assistant -- who will engage in various HR related tasks to help make our work environment even more thrilling than it already is! The HR Assistant will support the HR department during recruitment campaigns by preparing job descriptions, screening resumes, looking for the most talented candidates out there by using direct search techniques, and attending interviews. In addition, the person in this position will take part in maintaining our candidate database, promoting the GOG.com brand from the HR perspective, and any other day-to-day HR activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of studies in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Availability 5 days a week - we are offering a full-time job.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR related topics.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills - remember, speaking is silver, but listening is gold.
- Honesty, passion, creativity. These are not only our values, but the adjectives that describe your profile best.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Obviously, a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Enthusiasm and the willingness to constantly grow as a person.
- Flexibility in a changing environment.
Would be considered as a plus:
- Experience in recruitment and / or basic knowledge of Polish labor law.
- A passion for games and the gaming industry.
- We seem to be struggling to come up with additional requirements that can be a plus :). This leaves room for you to let us know about your greatest secret asset. Convince us!
