"User Acquisition Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include planning and managing multi-channel, big budget user acquisition campaigns for our web and mobile games, evaluating traffic performance and initiate actions to improve quality of acquired users with the ultimate goal of increasing the ROI, establishing relationships with and be the point of contact for advertising partners around the world, working closely with analysts and artists in order to create ads for various platforms (Web, Mobile, Facebook Canvas) and optimize their performance, managing monetization of our owned channels, exploring new opportunities and techniques to reach and monetize new audiences, generating performance reports.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and manage multi-channel, big budget user acquisition campaigns for our web and mobile games,

- Evaluate traffic performance and initiate actions to improve quality of acquired users with the ultimate goal of increasing the ROI,

- Establish relationships with and be the point of contact for advertising partners around the world,

Work closely with analysts and artists in order to create ads for various platforms (Web, Mobile, Facebook Canvas) and optimize their performance,

- Manage monetization of our owned channels,

- Explore new opportunities and techniques to reach and monetize new audiences,

Generate performance reports.

Requirements:

- Strong sensibility for advertising and marketing performance,

- Experience in e-commerce, SEM, display, affiliate advertising and web analytics,

- Experience in growing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns and partnerships,

- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Platform and Mobile market,

- Strong analytical and Excel skills,

- Fluent in English.

Pluses:

- Passion for social and casual games,

- Knowledge of card & casino games (Poker, Bingo, Slots),

- Additional language: French, German, Italian or Czech.
