"We are looking for a talented Game Designer to join a our amazing, highly-motivated team. 

Responsibilities: 
- Design and build out game mechanics for established games and features based on user preferences and trends. 
- Be a driving force for outstanding design, balance and game play. 
- Help plan a production roadmap for the game's development. 
- Works with other designers, modelers, and programmers. 
- Work closely with programmers and artists to ensure a great player experience. 
- Desire to grow as a designer and learn new skills and technologies. 

Requirements: 
- Proven ability to make a creative, stunning AAA game. 
- Ability to create and refine game mechanics. 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Self-motivated, self-starter. 
- Game design experience in AAA space, is a plus. 
- Some artistic background, formal or otherwise, 2D or 3D, is a plus. 
- Experience with a modern game engine, is a plus. 
- Thorough knowledge of the game development process. 
- Works well under deadlines and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
